Information on the processing of candidates' personal data
Although under the current European legislation, the information and the consent to the treatment of both common data and sensitive data are not due in case of receipt of curricula spontaneously transmitted by the interested parties for the purpose of the possible establishment of an employment relationship ( since it is only mandatory for the data controller at the time of the first contact following the sending of the curriculum, to provide the interested party, even orally, with a brief information), we consider however to anticipate, for transparency, the information that follows and that also fulfill the obligations of any information subsequent to the receipt of the CV sent spontaneously. Furthermore, this Privacy statement is also issued for the different cases of CVs which are sent after the request of the SMW-Autoblok Group, based on the internal procedures of selecting personnel.
Purpose of the processing
To manage in general the personnel search and selection procedures (both for the purpose of establishing subordinate employment relationships, and for the establishment of different types of professional collaboration, also autonomous), to receive requests for professional cooperation, to evaluate the professional profiles of interest that emerge from the curricula vitae sent, to manage all the phases connected to the selection of candidates (communications with the interested parties, interviews and evaluation interviews - also through questionnaires - with the Autoblok managers etc) and in any case to the evaluation of the candidacies, to manage each phase connected to the candidacy transmitted and to the procedures for its evaluation and selection.
Which data will be processed
The personal data collected by the Company are / will be personal data, contacts and curriculae (ie relating to the training and professional experience) of the candidate (the "Data").
The candidate must only indicate common data (educational qualifications, personal data, work experience) and must not indicate any data suitable to reveal the racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, the adherence to parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data capable of revealing the state of health and sexual life. Any Data of this nature present in the curricula will be deleted before the storage and management of the same.
The data contained in the CVs sent will be treated with the support of paper, computer or electronic means (including the transformation of any paper CV into electronic files by scanning).
These files will be qualified as containing personal data and stored in such a way as to make them visible only to authorized parties interested in the actual selection.
The data provided will be processed only for the purposes of personnel search, as highlighted above, any other, different treatment will be excluded.
Communication of personal data
Your personal data will not be disclosed and will not be communicated to third parties, except for the cases indicated below.
They can be communicated, without the need for your specific consent, only:
a) to managers, middle managers and employees designated for personnel selection activities;
b) to consultants or external companies that carry out research, evaluation and possible selection of personnel on behalf of Autoblok;
d) to subjects indicated by you in the CV or in the context of the application, for the purposes of verification and evaluation.
Furthermore, subject to your explicit consent, also expressed through the compiled format for sending the curriculum, through internet, your data could be transmitted to suppliers and companies belonging to the Smw-Autoblok Group commercial network, where your experiences and training are of possible interest in this reality.
Legal basis of the processing
The Data is processed to carry out activities of a pre-contractual / contractual nature requested by the candidate.
Consequences of failure to provide data
The supply of data is optional and a refusal to supply it will determine only for the owner the impossibility of processing the data and, consequently, the impossibility to carry out the selection activity, preventing the candidacy from being taken into consideration to establish possible relations of work with candidates.
Data retention period
The Data will be kept in electronic format by the Data Controller for a maximum of 24 months starting from the date of receipt of his resume. After this period the data will be deleted.
Data transfer abroad
The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
